Decisions Desk is the retainer for teams who want ongoing access to a Decision Engineer without committing to another project — and without bringing us back as a full new engagement every time a question comes up.
Weekly office hours.
Async support in between.
- A recurring 60-minute weekly office-hours slot with a named Decision Engineer.
- Async support between sessions for specific questions, model tweaks, or prompt refinements — typically replied to within one business day.
- Eval-set maintenance. We re-run the 200-question set monthly against the current workflow and flag any regressions.
- Quarterly review with your buyer — what's working, what isn't, where the next use case might live.
- Priority access for additional scoped work. When you do need a new sprint or workflow, you skip the queue.
- Access to any methodology improvements, template updates, and prompt library additions we ship across our client base.
The questions buyers actually ask.
What does "pause anytime" actually mean?
30 days' notice to pause or cancel, via email. No 12-month MSA, no penalty, no "but you agreed to a year." We believe in the retainer because clients renew it, not because they can't leave it.
Can we add a second workflow or model under the same retainer?
Up to a point. Decisions Desk is scoped around maintaining what we've already built together. If you want a second production workflow, that's a separate Ask Your Data or Predictive engagement — the retainer then covers both.
Who does the work — founder or junior?
A named Decision Engineer, not a junior and not a rotating pool. You work with the same person each week. If that person is on leave, we tell you in advance and cover with a named alternate.
Is $6K/month the only price?
Yes. If your needs genuinely exceed the retainer, we will propose either a scoped sprint or a formal expansion of scope — rather than silently running up hours. No surprise invoices.
Can we start with the retainer before doing a sprint?
No. Decisions Desk is maintenance and refinement, not a primary build route. If you haven't shipped a workflow or model with us yet, start with a Fabric Readiness Sprint or an Ask Your Data Workflow — the retainer comes later, if it makes sense.
